Calendar & Schedule

Our daily schedule at Providence includes 3 main components (Launches, Core Skills, Quests) and a bounty of freedom, flexibility, and creativity. Mondays are flex days full of the arts, games, and free time for learners to explore their passions. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoons are dedicated to Quest project exploration.

Plus + — Chess, Writer’s Workshops, Civilization & Culture Curriculum, and more!

Daily our learners spend a minimum of 1.5 hours outside. They learn practical life skills of preparing their lunch, washing dishes, cleaning up after themselves with studio maintenance. Practicing responsibility is essential to develop “learning to be” qualities of independence and kindness.

Below you will find a portion of our Learning Design for Spring 2025 and Fall 2025. This does not include our Core Learning that happens daily. We welcome you to come and learn more about our processes and learning framework.
